Shoot #1
At the end of July 2017 we shot a series of photos of actress Siri Nase for fictional CD and print artworks for her character in the upcoming 6-part dark crime ZDF & Netflix series series »Parfum« (Perfume). The series has been shot by director Philipp Kadelbach for ZDFneo, Constantin Television and MOOVIE produced by Oliver Berben and Sarah Kirkegaard. A spacious house with a lush garden in the backyard just 30 min outside of Cologne served as the main location. »Hey Siri - thanks for the funny and relaxed shooting.« ;)
Shoot #2
In October 2017 we had a 4-day shooting schedule with 2 days in the studio for capturing 8 actors and 2 days on location for acquiring background plates for the key art of the upcoming 6-part dark crime ZDF & Netflix series »Parfum« (Perfume). The series has been shot by director Philipp Kadelbach for ZDFneo, Constantin Television and MOOVIE produced by Oliver Berben and Sarah Kirkegaard.
We shot the main cast August Diehl, Wotan Wilke Möhring, Ken Duken, Friederike Becht, Natalia Belitski, Trystan Pütter, Christian Friedel & Jürgen Maurer over the course of 2 days in the spacious »Studio Duisburg« (thanks guys for the help) in front of a grey background for cutouts. In the other 2 days we went to Hamm, Zülpich, Vettweiß, Monschau, Aachen and Belgium to shoot the background plates. Below you see some a few behind-the-scenes images from the shootings.
Postproduction
The postproduction took several months and many iterations through different companies and departments. In this gallery you see 3 different artworks produced by Soap Images, Constantin Film and The White Rabbit. There is a fourth one from ZDFneo which we don’t show because it was neither photographed nor postproduced by us. Enjoy the different approaches. All photographic elements have been done by us though.
